STANKONIA IS BACK!

Atlanta supergroup OUTKAST plans to drop an album early next year. This collaborative effort will follow two solo albums slated to be released by both Andre 3000 and Big Boi later this year. "We got a few songs we already picked out," Big Boi told MTV. "We pick the beats first. I drop my [solo album] in July, Dre puts his out [later this year], and we drop that Outkast record at the top of [next] year."

Also, the two rappers have recently signed with San Francisco Indie based label, SMC Recordings featuring other artist like Killer Mike and P.Troy.

Jah boy Ben-jamin is looking forward to coming out with a clothing line in the very near future! ('Bout time) Word on the street the line is going to be called "Benjamin Bixby". Dre describes it as "BENJAMIN BIXBY IS LIKE YOUR UNCLE OR GRANDFATHER THAT HAS A CLOSET FULL OF EXPERIENCES AND CLOTHING" He claims to be inspired by College Football Circa of 1935. Being the fact that black designers have been making their way on the scene real heavy recently, I am really excited to see what 'Dre has to say. His style has always been very expressive, so I am hoping he puts the same character in his line.



Benjamin Bixby consist of 70 pieces of sweaters, striped dress shirts, corduroy blazers, and high-waisted trousers. The line is currently self-funded (he’s looking for a partner) and he hopes it will be at Barneys in the fall.
