MTV's Hottest MC's of 2008 #9 spot goes to: Mr. Andre Benjamin! I am a little dissappointed at this, I feel like he deserves wayy more respect! Don't you agree? I mean, lets go back to Southernplayalisticadillacmusik or Atliens, Dre was SNAPPIN' on those tracks! His lyrical content was like something we had never heard before. I mean, hey at least he made the list!

But why is it hot? Well, according to MTV Round Table, they believe Dre is hot because in 2008 he hasn't had 1 album, 1 single, and only two guest appearances — Andre did even less this year than he did in 2007! And he still remains at the top!

Tres Stacks has never gone wrong. This guys lyrics displays nothing short of the word "Swagger". 3000 may be the most inspiring MC right now, because everything we've heard from him in the past several months has been methodically dead-right. Boy, do I love me Andre Benjamin!! (no relation, lol)
