Orange Jell-O, Yellow Starburst, & Black Licorice: A Ponder Matthews Note

So the other day I was @ my good friends house raiding her kitchen area (as usual) when I'd come across some packets of everyone's favorite hospital snack.... Jell-O! & not just your ordinary run-of-the mill Jell-O but Fucking RASBERRY Jell-O!! My tongue began to go into convulsions being that this was possibly the best combo of foods next to Baklava & marijuana or Salsa & marijuana (Don't knock it). But as I stood there fantasizing of all the Rasberry goodness, my friend being the iniquitous creature she is snatches the packet out of my hand and relates to me that I am limited to the alternative.....the banal orange flavor.

Orange?? Orange WTF?? Fuh Q!

What kind of person do I look like, defintely not thte kind that lowers themsleves to the sub-par standards of color flavored gelatins!!........Yeaa so I took the orange Jell-O. I get back to my apartment and notice that I have to wait 4 1/2 hrs to begin eating...i mean chewing...wait slurping? .....Eating my gelaciously delicious snack & in this time I begin to think, simply because it's summer & there's nothing really better to do. I begin to think about all the other color flavored snacks such as the yellow starburst you always give away 4 the greedy people who always ask for one, or the infamously revered black licorice & the list goes on.

The point 2 be made is that there are plenty of people on this great nut-ball called earth who we treat just like Orange Gelatin. The homeless, senior citizens, little dark-skinned nappy headed crack babies trapped in the system cause nobody will adopt them, evacuees from impoverished countries or flooded chocolate cities, I could go on. So the long awaited 4 1/2 hrs drew to an end and in that time I realized it's "OUR" responsibility to give back whenever & however cause quite honestly if we don't who the fuck will. So as I sat in my room eating my bowl of Jell-O I didn't see it in the same old hum-drum way as before.

...Today my Orange gelatin had a slightly better sensation & I didn't mind slurping up every second of it. .......But I will still be by tomorrow for that Rasberry (lol).
