SUBJECT: THE MALE SPECIES

I have been observing men lately. Their tendencies and mannerisms intrigue me. I found myself categorizing them. Once I began to see the categories they can fall in, every man in my life has become subject to categorization.

1. In the past few months, i have seen the emergence of the Grown Man. These men are on their shit. They don't make excuses for their fuck ups, they take responsibility. The hold themselves accountable. They make their own choices and decisions. These men are lovers of women. They respect the ladies in their lives... all of them. They look out for their sisters, older and younger, their cousins and nieces, aunts and grandmothers. They love and revere their mothers and the lil lady in their life is their life. They treat her like she is the queen that she is. They don't get caught up in messy situations and they are smart enough to know a good thing when they see it. If their queen cries, its never because of them but they make sure they stop those tears from falling. They make sure they do everything i their power to keep her happy.
These men take care of their children. They don't carelessly sow seeds and abandon them. They make sure they teach their sons how to be MEN and they teach their daughters what to expect from a MAN. They actively and consistently participate in their child's life, even if he and the mother don't work out.
These men work. they don't rely on hand outs or hand ups. They know a man who doesn't work, doesn't eat. These Grown Men are Providers and Protectors. These men are rare to come across. Ladies, please recognize and acknowledge these Men. Don't let them slip away.

2. Now, I know yall heard Katt Williams describe it best... the Bitch Nigga. Now these niggas (i cant even call them men) outnumber the Grown Men tremendously. Although the Grown Men number is growing, these bitch niggas are increasing exponentially. I've dealt with a great deal of these. Thank God for the backspace key because i was about to get personal and name names. Anyway, these niggas fuck it up for the Grown Men. They make it so much harder. These niggas don't take care of their responsibilities. They have an excuse for everything. Somehow someway something is always someone else's fault. They run a red light and their excuse is that the cop was racist. Or maybe they failed to use protection during sex and their excuse is that the girl was just trying to trap them. Now, we all know how unrealistic this is, simply because this nigga aint shit. He don't have shit and he aint worth shit. We know he has no money because he doesn't work, nor does he have morals because he takes no responsibility so what good would it do to "trap" this bitch nigga?
These niggas take what they can get. They accept hand outs and hand ups. They see women as opportunities. They use us because we allow them to. Bitch niggas have very slick tongues and if you aren't careful ladies, he'll sweet talk the panties right off your ass. They are very messy and don't care about a woman's emotions. And this, may I add, is awfully dangerous. These niggas are cowards. All liars, cheaters, thieves, abusers, pedophiles, rapists, and dead beat daddies fall into this Bitch Nigga category. These niggas think they are invincible and unstoppable. They don't fear anything, for they are God..... that's what they think. These niggas carelessly push limits and wrecklessly destroy lives. Bitch niggas are selfish in every aspect imaginable. Ladies, Beware of the BITCH NIGGA. If you have one, please, for your own good, LET HIM GO. I promise there is better out there..... trust me.

3. Now, i know this seems very black and white. However, a gray area does exist. The Middle Man. The Middle Man is the Bitch Nigga trying to matriculate into the Grown Man. Key word: Trying. Sometimes they are successful. Sometimes they are not. They are above the Bitch Nigga because they are putting forth an effort to be more than what they were. But they aren't as skilled in Manhood as the Grown Man. This Middle Man category is the limbo in manhood. No one wants to be stuck in limbo. Ladies, if you know a Middle Man stuck in this Limbo, help them. They may not have had a father( a Grown Man/Real Man) or a positive Man to model themselves after. Don't be to abrasive with them, think of them as a child learning to read. Encourage them and allow them a margin for error. But stay on top of them, constantly guiding them in the proper direction. They are very malleable and pliable at this stage. Take advantage of that. Show them how to treat a woman.... show them how you want to be treated. Don't give up on them unless they first give up on themselves.
